These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Dozy, a productivity and task management platform operated by Dávid Kelen. By creating an account or using Dozy, you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree, you must stop using Dozy and request account deletion.
Dozy is operated by Dávid Kelen, 10 Place Sully, 78600 France. For any legal or account related queries, you can contact privacy@dozy.site.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use Dozy. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement. Users between the ages of 13 and 16 in the European Economic Area, also called the EEA, may be subject to additional parental consent requirements under applicable law.
By using Dozy, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. If you are using Dozy on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Dozy is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account.
Each account is for individual use only. You may not share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of third parties without their knowledge and consent.
Dozy offers a free tier with limited features and one or more paid plans, including Basic, Pro, Business, and Enterprise, that provide additional functionality. A description of what each plan includes is available on the Dozy pricing page.
Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to Stripe's terms of service in addition to these terms. Dozy reserves the right to change pricing and plan features at any time. Where changes affect an active paid subscription, we will provide reasonable notice.
Refund eligibility is assessed on a case by case basis. In general, Dozy does not offer refunds for partial subscription periods, except where required by applicable law.
Dozy is a general purpose productivity tool. You may use Dozy for any lawful purpose, including personal, educational, and professional use. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of Dozy complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
You agree not to use Dozy to upload, store, or share any content that is unlawful, harmful, or violates the rights of others.
You agree not to use Dozy to attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users accounts or data.
You agree not to use Dozy to circumvent, disable, or interfere with the security features of the platform.
You agree not to use Dozy in a way that could damage, overload, or impair the platform's infrastructure.
You agree not to resell, sublicence, or commercialise access to Dozy without prior written consent.
You agree not to scrape, crawl, or extract data from Dozy by automated means.
Dozy does not proactively monitor user content. However, if illegal activity is brought to our attention, or if we receive a valid warrant from law enforcement, we will cooperate fully with the relevant authorities. This may include disclosing account data and, where it falls within the scope of a legal order, shared project data that involves other users.
All content you create within Dozy, including tasks, projects, notes, and uploaded files, remains your property. You retain full ownership of your content. By using Dozy, you grant Dozy a limited, non exclusive licence to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. Dozy does not claim ownership over your content and will not use it for any other purpose.
When you invite other users to collaborate on a project, you grant those users access to the content within that project. You are responsible for the projects you share and for choosing who you invite. Dozy is not responsible for the actions of collaborators within your projects.
If your account is deleted, projects you own, including all content contributed by collaborators, will be deleted. For full details, see the Account Termination page.

Dozy may respond to a violation by issuing a warning.
Dozy may respond to a violation by temporarily suspending access to the account.
Dozy may respond to a violation by permanently terminating the account.

No refund will be issued in cases of termination resulting from a violation of these terms, except where required by law.
Dozy integrates with third party services including Supabase, Stripe, Google, Microsoft, and EmailOctopus. Your use of these integrations is also subject to the respective terms and privacy policies of those providers. Dozy is not responsible for the conduct or policies of third party services.
Dozy reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes. Continued use of Dozy after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using Dozy and request account deletion.
